
Introduction
This salmon is my go-to! It’s simple and quick to prepare, and honestly, any nut-encrusted fish is my fave. The nuttiness and texture the pistachios bring to the recipe are amazing. The tanginess of the lemon paired with a touch of sweetness complements the salmon perfectly. I added lemon zest for extra zestiness, which really brightens the flavors.

About The Recipe
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and lemon zest.
Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
Press chopped pistachios onto the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve with extra lemon zest for garnish.
